The Statement Box is a monthly subscription that brings a new pair of statement earrings to you every month. Our statement earrings always ship free and are only $16. Always. With TSB you will have your own account where you can manage your settings like how often you want to receive earrings (ex. bi monthly) or if you just want to skip a specific month. It's completely flexible to your wants and needs with no penalties.

Sound too good to be true? This time it's not. We appreciate you and want you to be happy when you subscribe so we work for you and what works best for you! xo

Start on our home page and:

1 | Select "Subscribe" from any page on our site to bring you to the product page

2 |  Add The Statement Box to your cart

3 | Complete the following prompts to complete your checkout

4 | Let us do the rest of the work and wait for your first pair of Statement Earrings!

*Please remember- Orders placed AFTER the 15th of the current month (ex: July 17th or even Just 25th) will be grouped in with following months style (regarding the example: Your first package will ship August 15th).

With the subscription you will receive one pair of Statement Earrings every month. Each style will be unique and not like the other previous boxes.

Domestic shipping:

Shipping within the US is always FREE

International Shipping:

Canada- $8

Rest of the world- $10

Processing and shipping starts on the 15th of every month after automatic payments are processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number when it ships! Please give it at least 24-48 business hours for the tracking information to update.

All of our earrings are pre-selected so unfortunately we cannot meet the requests of every customer. You can always message or DM us with the looks and styles you love though! We are very open to what our customers want. Please keep a look out on our social media pages to see your upcoming Statement Earrings and the different ways to style them.

If your order is placed on or before the 15th of the month by 11:59 (CST) PM you will receive your first package that month. All orders following the 15th will apply to the following months orders.

For example: If you placed you order on January 9th, you will receive a Statement Box that month. If you placed your order on January 16th however you will not receive your Statement Box until February's orders go out along with February's style, but you will not be charged for February. Your next payment will occur on March 15th. 

We do not charge you to create a Statement Box account and there is also no fee to cancel your subscription. If you are planning to cancel or skip however, it must be on or before the 14th of that month.

They don't! You do not have to be home to recieve your package. You can always keep an eye on it though through the tracking number provided in the email we send once your package has shipped!

Sometimes when first subscribing you may have checked out as a "guest" versus creating an account during the checkout process. If you still have your welcome email that was automatically sent when originally subscribing there is a direct link to your personal account. You do not need a password for this. If the email is deleted, you can always request us to send you the direct link again.

If you do not have the welcome email you can create an account by going to our home page and select "Login" then "Sign up" followed by "Login". You will need to use the same email used during your checkout when placing your order.

To change your preferences, please log into your account and look for the drop down menu under your name (if accessing through your phone). This is where you will be able to update your address and/ or payment information, skip a month, or change your size preferences. 

To create a customer account go to our home page and select "Login" in the top left corner of out site then "Create Account" followed by "Login". This is where you will be able to modify your subscription settings like editing your credit card information, skipping a month, or if you need to change your shipping address.

In order to cancel your subscription all you have to do is log into your account and find the drop down menu under your name then find "subscriptions"  then "cancel subscription".

If that didn't work make sure you have a set up account with us. To do this go to the login tab on our home page and "create an account" using the email address you signed up with. Then follow the steps above.

Your account will be billed on the 15th of every month.

In order to avoid this you must either cancel or skip the monthly charge on or before the 15th of the upcoming charge.

The monthly payment is $16 even every month for US customer. However, if you are outside of the US please keep in mind that shipping to Canada is $8 and the rest of the world is $10. These amounts will be added to your $16 charge.

The Statement Box is a monthly subscription that automatically charges your account $16 each month. You can always cancel your subscription or skip a month as long as it happens on or before the 14th of the month you'd like to skip or cancel.

Absolutely! You can skip any month that you like as long as it's on or before the 14th the month that you'd like to skip. All you need to do to complete this action is long into your account and select "skip a month" then click "skip this delivery" next to the month you'd like to skip.

YES! You can never leave us. (Just Kidding)... We'd hate to see you go but cancelling you account is always allowed as long as it is on or before the 14th of the month you'd like to cancel.
